    Definition:  College, Career, and Civic Readiness encompasses competency in diverse communication strategies and a broad range of cognitive, social, emotional, creative, and civic skills. P.V.M. High School provides a Career Center through which the District offers career fairs, job shadowing, internships, or work- based learning opportunities, mentors, and guest speakers. 

    Central Square’s Theory of Action:  When students are provided with the opportunity to develop the appropriate competencies, and they are afforded the opportunity to explore a variety of career pathways, they will display readiness for their intended pathways.

    Attendance 

    Definition: Consistently attending school significantly impacts student success. From the first day of kindergarten to the last day of high school, families play a key role in ensuring that students arrive at school safely every day.

    Central Square’s Theory of Action:  When students are in attendance, their academic, social and emotional learning remains on target with their peers.

    Definition: The Central Square IT Department will harness the power of technology to accomplish our district’s mission statement, which is “to empower all students to excel as citizens in a changing world.”

    Central Square’s Theory of Action:  When we provide the staff, both instructional and management, with the best pedagogy in integrated technology and applications that provide for increased productivity, the organization should see an increase in student performance and organizational efficiency.
