D Day
Student Government/The Flock: Attention students – the Flock needs you in the stands tonight for the Varsity Football game. The student section is ready to bring school spirit, so wear white and get ready to throw down – powder that is – as we cheer on the Redhawks as they play their last home game of the season.
The Change: Show your support for the LGBTQ+ community and join in on the Spirit Week! Tuesday, October 15th will be PJ day; Wednesday, October 16th will be Sweater Weather/Flannel day; Thursday, October 17th will be Student-Teacher Swap day; and Friday, October 18th will be Rainbow/Tie-Dye day.
Yearbook: Attention all Senior Athletes, Music, Drama, & Guard students - all seasons – Please check your email for an important message from Yearbook about Senior Features. You must complete and submit the form no later than December 1st to be included.
Class of 2027: Attention Sophomores! We are currently selling Simply Delicious items. This includes cookie dough, cinnamon rolls, soft pretzels, and so many more goodies. All orders and money are due by October 23rd. See Ms. Blakes in room G008 or Mrs. Hawn in room G006 should you have any questions.
Polar Plunge: Attention students – for the second year in a row, Central Square will have an official team in the Oneida Shores Polar Plunge. This year, students can take the plunge too! The Plunge will be on December 8th and all proceeds to NYS Special Olympics and supports students in our district. Check your Class Canvas page, or stop by room 1030 and see Mr. Kline.
Class of 2025: Did you miss out on our Senior shirt sale, Class of 2025? Senior Story t-shirts are now on sale for only $10! Multiple colors and sizes are available including limited edition tie-dye styles! Don’t wait!
We are selling Krispy Kreme donuts so we can have some amazing events this year. This is a great fundraiser that involves donuts and profit, sounds like a win-win! You should receive the fundraiser in your Social Studies class or come to room G006 or G008 and get one. All orders are due by October 16th.
The online store for the Class of 2025 Senior Swag is now open. These are the shirts and sweatshirts with your name and classmate’s names on them. Please look on Canvas or on the flyers hung in the school and Dry Café for the QR code to order! Orders will only be accepted until Friday, October 11th.
DECA: It’s that time of year again. Get ready for this year’s DECA week! Come meet this year’s officers during lunches, and find us presenting in Business classes this week, October 7th through October 11th. Want to join this group of leaders and entrepreneurs? Come to the Informational Meeting on October 10th, after school, in the Large Lecture Hall. Bus passes and excused Sports passes will be handed out. We’ll see you then!
