- Aligned district-wide committees and initiatives to collaboratively create a strategic plan that encompasses the Central Square School District’s educational program.
September 2016-June 2017
- Created a district-wide committee consisting of stakeholders from every school and every bargaining unit
- Produced Mission in Action statements focused on instruction
September 2017-June 2018
- Created the College and Career Readiness Committee and formulated the Attributes and Competencies of a Central Square Learner
September 2018-June 2019
- Created the Strategic Planning Committee including staff, parents, and students
- Analyzed other strategic plans and discussed essential components of our plan
July 2019-June 2020
- Finalized the C² Strategic Plan
February 2022
- First Biennial Review with district-wide committee representing all stakeholder groups.
