Conference All-State: Congratulations to Eli Conner who will be traveling to Rochester, NY at the end of November and early December to rehearse and perform with NY State's highest level NYSSMA Conference Vocal ensemble, the Conference All-State Mixed Chorus. Eli also earned a seat in the NYSSMA Conference All-State Symphonic Band based on his french horn solo audition. This is an incredible and noteworthy accomplishment.

High School Musical!! We are very excited in the music department to announce this year's music theatre production of "Hadestown". Hadestown auditions took place at the end of October and will be produced on February 6, 8 and 8, 2025.

Congratulations to the MS and HS members of the Redhawk Regiment Marching Band on their 2024 season. The marching band performed well throughout the season in competitions including the NY State Field Band Championships in the JMA Dome stadium at Syracuse University on Sunday, October 27th. The marching band scored an 85.925 at championships placing 7th in a very challenging class. The students now transition to Winter Guard and Winter Drumline seasons as they continue to develop their abilities and performance skills.

Syracuse Crunch! The middle school pep band under the direction of Keller Shelton and Melissa Mesic will be performing the national anthem at a Syracuse Crunch game on Nov. 22nd.

NYSBDA - NY State Band Directors Senior High School Honors Band - Congratulations to Josie Georges and Campbell Bagley for earning a seat in this year's NYSBDA Senior High School Honor's Band!

The NYSBDA Conference will take place on March 7-9, 2025.  NYSBDA offers high achieving performers the opportunity and experience to rehearse, perform and sit under the direction of an outstanding guest conductor.  Congratulations! 

OCMEA All-County Orchestra - Congratulations to Eden Harris who earned a seat in the OCMEA All-County Honors Junior High Orchestra.  Eden earned fourth chair, first violin out of 12 students who were accepted to perform on Violin 1.    The Orchestra festival will take place at Oswego High School on March 21 and 22.

All-Eastern Chorus - Congratulations to Eli Connor for earning a seat in the All-Eastern Chorus.  Eli is one of 48 students selected based on his accomplishments from the state of NY to perform in this highly prestigious ensemble.  There will be thirteen eastern US states represented by outstanding students who will rehearse and will perform as a member of the 200 member chorus in April 2025 in Hartford, Connecticut.
