Welcome to the Central Square Winterguard Program!

For the 2025 season we will once again have three competitive Winterguards. All of the guards will be competing in the Mid-York Color Guard Circuit.

In addition, the JV and Varsity Winterguards will also compete in Winter Guard International (WGI) Regional competitions.

The Varsity Winterguard will also travel to Dayton, OH for WGI World Championships in April. 

JV Winterguard

The JV Winterguard is made up of students in 6th, 7th and 8th grade with 2 or more years of experience. The guard will compete in the Cadet class. 

Varsity Winterguard

The Varsity Winterguard has students in 8th-12th grade with 4 or more years of experience. The guard will compete in the Scholastic A class.

Program Goals:

The goal for the Winterguard program is to achieve individual and group improvement as we work together toward excellence in performance, as well as to create an atmosphere that everyone can thrive in, build a team that's more like a family and put together a production that everyone can be proud of!
