Strategic Planning Committee
All members of the C² Strategic Planning committee have a responsibility to:
- Examine all aspects of the school program including data generated through student performance, demographics, perception and process;
- Collaboratively create a user friendly strategic plan that is focused on our four goals and remains flexible to changing initiatives and populations; and
- Monitor the Strategic Plan and revise and adjust accordingly.
