Catering Services
The Food Services Department offers catering services to meet the needs of any event the district may need. Catering is a constantly growing part of our program. Our catering services can be tailored to meet the entire districts needs, whether it's a field trip requiring bag lunches or a full sit down meal honoring our students academic success. We are capable of becoming mobile, thusly enabling us to do events outside of the districts parameters.
The message that Food Services would like to continuously send to all district parents, students, teachers, PTOs and administration is that Food Services is here to assist you with any and all needs as it pertains to our program. Catering is not just limited to school related activities. We have catered many functions that are considered outside organizations such as Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, Pop Warner Football, Chamber of Commerce, etc. Continually we meet the needs of our ever growing birthday parties, pizza parties, small group meetings, as well as the many district level luncheons and meetings that we encounter on a daily basis. I would encourage you to look over our web site and see the many different ways that Food Services can help provide you with meeting your needs.
ALL CATERING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE 5 SCHOOL DAYS PRIOR TO THE DAY OF THE EVENT. ANY EXCEPTIONS MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE DIRECTOR OR ASSISTANT DIRECTOR AT 668-4254.

Use the following instructions to complete the Catering Request Form:
1) Click on the Catering request form link above to open the form in Acrobat
reader.
2) Type in the required information at the top of the form and make your selections below. Most selections are per person, but a few are by the sheet or gallon. Please type in the quantity of each you are requesting. The form will add your costs and give you a total at the bottom.
3) Click on the printer and print a copy for yourself, then click on the button at the bottom of the form to e-mail the form to LBaum@cssd.org .
