I am Michael Smolnik and I proudly serve as the principal of Aura A. Cole Elementary School in Constantia, NY. Our school, whose attendance zone spans a majority of the north shore of beautiful Oneida Lake, houses grades Pre-K through five. We have approximately four hundred students and fifty staff members who enter our doors daily.

Educating our youth is a responsibility that we do not take lightly. We understand that every day we are entrusted with society's greatest asset - our children. We pride ourselves on educating the whole child and forming long-lasting, meaningful relationships with our families and community members. Our goal is to engage all learners in a rigorous, 21st century learning environment that allows individuals to reach their full potential.
