The Paul V. Moore DECA Chapter is working with Wanderers’ Rest Humane Association, a non-profit animal shelter in Canastota, to raise awareness in our school about adoption and shelter animals. Our chapter members worked with the Volunteer Coordinator at the shelter to allow students to volunteer at various shelter events, such as the Adoptathon, where over 50% of the animals were adopted. In addition, our school has been supportive in our efforts by donating blankets, food, leashes and money to the shelter.  If you would like to support the shelter or learn more about adoption, please contact Ms. Heath in room 1307 or Jenny Hale for more information.

Please note:  Katlyn Fleury, a DECA member who was recently injured in an automobile accident, please visit the following website to get more information or to make a donation

Thank you to all those that supported our first annual Mr. Central Square event to benefit Katlyn's climb to recovery.  We appreciate everyone's support!

The PVM DECA hosted a Battle of the Bands fundraiser at Westcott Theater to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of CNY.  Thank you to all of those that supported our event!
