Polling Places The Board of Education hereby establishes five election districts and divides the school district into election districts. The official polling places for the school district shall be at the school buildings specified for the five election districts. Election District No.1 -- Brewerton Election District No. 1 shall consist of all the residents of the school district residing in the Townships of Cicero and Clay in Onondaga County. The boundaries of such election district are as follows: · The northern and the western boundaries shall be the Oneida Lake and the Oneida River. · The southern and the eastern boundaries shall be that of the school district in Onondaga County. · The residents of this election district shall register and vote at the Brewerton Elementary School, located on New York State Route 11, in the hamlet of Brewerton. Election District No.2-- Central Square Election District No. 2 shall consist of all those residents of the Township of Schroeppel residing in the school district, and those residents of the Townships of Palermo, Hastings and West Monroe as described by the boundaries hereafter set forth: · The southern boundary of such election district shall be the Oneida Lake and the Oneida River. · The western boundary of such election district shall be the western boundary of the school district. · The northern boundary shall be Oswego County Route 4 from the western edge of the school district to its juncture with Hungry Lane Road, east on Hungry Lane Road to its juncture with County Route 12, and from County Route 12 directly east to the town line of the Township of West Monroe, thence south on the West Monroe township line to New York State Route 49. · The boundary shall proceed east to, but not including, residents of either side of Depot Road in the hamlet of West Monroe. · The eastern boundary of the election district shall proceed directly south to Oneida Lake, but such election district shall include the Toad Harbor Road and all its branches. · The boundaries shall be in the center of the roads mentioned with the exception of the Depot Road in West Monroe as heretofore noted and the Toad Harbor Road as also mentioned. These residents of such election district shall register and vote at the Millard Hawk Primary School in the Village of Central Square, New York. · The eastern boundary of the election district shall proceed directly to Oneida Lake, but such election district shall include the Toad harbor Road and all its branches. · The boundaries shall be in the center of the roads mentioned with the exception of the Depot Road in West Monroe as heretofore noted and the Toad Harbor Road as also mentioned. These residents of such election district shall register and vote at the Millard Hawk Primary School in the Village of Central Square, New York. Election District No. 3 -- Hastings-Mallory Election District No. 3 shall consist of all the residents of the Townships of Mexico and Parish residing in the school district, and those residents of the Townships of Palermo, Hastings, and West Monroe as described by the boundaries thereafter set forth: · The western and northern boundaries of such election district shall be the western and northern boundaries of the school district.
· The southern boundary shall be Oswego County Route 4 from the western edge of the school district to its juncture with Hungry Lane Road, east on Hungry Lane Road to its juncture with County Route 12, and from County Route 12 directly east to the townline of the Township of West Monroe, thence south on the West Monroe township line to New York State Route 49. Then the boundary shall proceed east to County route 11 in the hamlet of West Monroe. · The eastern boundary of said election district shall be County route 11 in the hamlet of West Monroe north to its juncture with the Potter Road, thence east on Potter Road to its juncture with County Route 26 and thence north on County Route 26 to the school district northern boundary. The boundaries shall be in the center of the roads mentioned. · The residents of such election district shall register and vote at the Hastings-Mallory. Elementary School, located on Barker Road, in the Town of Hastings. Election District No. 4 -- Constantia Election District No. 4 shall consist of all the residents of the Township of Amboy residing in the school district, and those residents of the Townships of West Monroe and Constantia as described by the boundaries hereafter set forth: · The southern boundary of such election district shall be the Oneida Lake. · The western boundary of such election district shall be from the Oneida Lake north and west through the Toad Harbor Swamp to New York State Route 49 directly west of Depot Road in the hamlet of West Monroe, north on County Route 11 to its juncture with the Potter Road, east on Potter Road to its juncture with County route 26 and north on County Route 26 to the northern b6undary of the school district. · The northern boundary of said election district shall be the same as the northern boundary of the school district. · The eastern boundary shall be County Route 17 from the northern boundary of the school district, south to the juncture of Route 17 with the Dutcherville Road, west to the juncture of the Dutcherville Road and the Shacksbush Road and south on the Shacksbush Road to New York State 49. · From new York State Route 49 the boundary goes directly south to Oneida Lake, but not including residents on either side of Keller Drive. The boundaries shall be in the center of the roads mentioned with the exception of Keller Drive. The residents of this election district shall register and vote at the Aura A. Cole Elementary School, located on New York State Route 49, east of the hamlet of Constantia. Election District No. 5 -- Cleveland Election District No. 5 shall consist of all the residents of the Township of Vienna of Oneida county residing in the school district, and those residents of the Township of Constantia as described by the boundaries hereafter set forth: · The western boundary of such election district shall be from Oneida Lake north to New York State Route 49 directly west of Keller Drive, from New York Route 49 north on the Shacksbush Road of its intersection with Dutcherville Road, east to the intersection of Dutcherville Road and County Route 17, north on County route 17 to the northern boundary of the school district.
· The eastern boundary of the election district shall be the eastern boundary of the school district. · The southern boundary of this election district shall be Oneida Lake. The boundaries as noted by road shall be the center of the roads mentioned with the exception of Keller drive in which case residents of both sides of Keller Drive will vote in the Cleveland Election District. Residents of this election district shall register and vote at the Cleveland Elementary School, located in the Village of Cleveland, New York. |
