DISTRICT STADIUM FEE SCHEDULE

1.         School District Interscholastic athletics and marching                     no fee
            band

2.                  Central Square community organizations (organizations
 whose activities serve 80% of school district students)                 field related expenses
 

3.          Non-resident interscholastic, or special event                              stadium fee, plus field related expenses

4.          Colleges and universities                                                             stadium fee, plus field related expenses

5.           Practices (non-profit organizations)                                            stadium fee, plus field related expenses

6.                  “Field related expenses”                                                              shall be the stadium cost and the
                                                                                                   costs of services as defined in 
                                                                                                   7, 8, and 9 below.

  7.                  The number of personnel to be supplied shall be entirely within the discretion of the School              District.  Personnel costs are as follows;

Single event attendant fees (to be paid by user):

Stadium operations supervisor                         $   60.00

Clock operator                                                $   46.88

Public address operator/announcer                   $   46.88

Scoreboard operator                                       $   46.88

Ticket seller                                                     $   53.62

Parking area attendant                                     $   40.00

Ticket taker                                                    $   40.00

Security (watchers)                                         to be  Determined  By District

8.                  The services to be supplied shall be entirely within the discretion of the School  District.

  Service costs are as follows:

Single Event Attendant Fees (to be paid by user):

Single event  (3 hours or less)                             $200.00

Single event (3 hours of less) with lights               $350.00

Practice (2 hour limit)                                          $75.00 an hr

Practice (2 hour limit) with lights                          $125.00 an hr

Dressing room usage                                           $100.00

Food and beverage concessions                         District Manages all concession     

9.                  The rates set forth above are for one event of 3 hours or less; compensation of  ¼ of the 3-hour  rate rounded to the nearest dollar shall be paid for each additional hour.

I have read and understand the District’s policy on Use of the Athletic Stadium and will adhere to all instructions and guidelines.  If any school equipment is to be used, it shall be listed below and the organization will assume full responsibility in case of damage or loss.  The sponsor and/or user agrees to hold the Central Square School District harmless from any suit resulting from activities of the using organization.  It is understood that I will notify the contact person of all responsibilities and obligations.  It is further understood that additional fees and billings may be incurred.
