A Message from the Superintendent Regarding Winter Weather and Emergency Planning

With the warmer seasons behind us, all of us who live in the North Country wonder what the colder months have in store. We are reminded to be prepared for the possible hazardous winter weather conditions that could arrive at any time.

Please take a few minutes to develop an emergency plan for your children and to notify the school of that plan. This will help to insure that your children, as well as their school, are aware of the arrangements in the event an emergency arises and no one is available at home.  

Throughout the winter months information concerning school closings, delays and the cancellation of after school activities, will be announced on all local television stations WSTM 3, WTVH 5, WSYR 9, and News 10 Now as well as radio stations WSEN 92.1, WNTQ 93Q, WTKW 99.5, WKRL 100.9, WSCP AM1070, WZUN 102.1, WTKV 105.5, and WKRH 106.5.

The well-being of our Central Square students is always our primary concern.  Having a fully developed emergency plan in place will insure the safety of all our children.
